We ship worldwide to most locations (except some remote areas even our kites can’t reach – sorry Antarctica!).

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Vermont headquarters. Pro tip: Order early in the week to avoid weekend delays when we’re out flying kites ourselves!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our carbon spars may be lightweight, but we treat every package with the care of a competition-grade stunt kite!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy:
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense
  • Custom/special order items may not be returnable

What if my item arrives damaged?

Can I exchange my kite for a different model?
